When you join our whānau of Kidsfirst Canterbury, West Coast and Central Otago early learning services, you are getting so much more than daycare or childcare.
Kindergarten is great preparation for school and beyond thanks to fully qualified, registered teachers who help every child learn through their own interests, at their own pace. Learning through play is the kindergarten way, and it’s been the choice of generations of families and communities for over 110 years.
Because we are non-profit, our priority is tamariki and tamariki alone. We are committed to making quality early childhood education accessible to as many children as possible. Even two year olds get 20 hours free at all Kidsfirst kindergartens, and some kindergartens have special offers that give you more hours for free.
